Rosemory Privacy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Rosemory is a beta community for rose growers. This policy explains the basic data we collect so people can browse, post exchanges, ask questions, and build garden records.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your email address and display name, profile preferences such as city or region, garden records you choose to save, exchange listings, uploaded photos, interest requests, feedback, and moderation history.
How We Use It
We use this information to run the service, show local exchange listings, help growers coordinate safely, personalize recommendations, review public content, prevent abuse, and improve the beta.
Public Content
Exchange listings, public questions, guide try-outs, grower notes, approved photos, and selected profile fields may be visible to other visitors. Rosemory is designed to show city, region, and area-level location, not exact home addresses.
Private Contact Details
Do not post exact addresses, gate codes, phone numbers, or private meetup details in public fields. Share sensitive coordination details only after both growers agree.
Third-Party Services
Rosemory uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data needed to operate the site.
Deleting Data
During the beta, contact the Rosemory admin through the feedback form if you want your account content or a public post removed.
Contact
Use the in-app feedback form for privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests.
